In 1978 Bill Clark graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, MN with a degree in Accounting and a desire to work in the investment management industry. Immediately he partnered with The Columns Resource Group of Northwestern Mutual in Minneapolis to build the foundation of his practice. Throughout his 40+ years in the industry Bill earned multiple certifications and designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant, Retirement Income Certified Professional and more. Over the last 20 years Bill has focused his practice on helping clients manage investments, plan for retirement and develop strategies to manage their estate for the next generation and beyond.
When he’s not in the office Bill is an avid marathon runner having completed dozens of marathons including Boston, New York, Chicago, Twin Cities and London. He and his wife of over 40 years, Gayleen, enjoy spending as much time as possible with their 4 young grandchildren, and can be found on the golf course on almost any weekend.
Dustin finished college in 2009 earning a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, MN. After careers in internet sales and retail sports Dustin took an interest in financial planning and never looked back. He joined the Columns Resource Group of Northwestern Mutual in Minneapolis to start his financial planning practice in 2012, earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation 4 years later. In his 30’s with 2 young children at home Dustin enjoys working with young families like his and anyone who desires to grow with their advisor over years by building long term relationships.
Outside of work Dustin and his wife Alison are fitness enthusiasts and competitive runners, and love to hike and be outside as much as possible with their young daughter, son and 2 dogs. His family loves spending time together in the kitchen or hosting family or friends at their home in Prior Lake, MN.
Nick graduated from the University of Iowa in 2001 with a bachelors in Economics. Nick began his professional life working for a private investment firm in Iowa, transitioning to be a trader at the largest bank/brokerage firm in Arkansas. In 2007 life then brought Nick to our team where he has been ever since. Throughout his 20+ years in the industry, Nick has attained multiple certifications and designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant, Retirement Income Certified Professional and more.
Outside of work Nick enjoys hiking, biking and camping with his wife and 3 children. When not hiking, biking or camping, you will find he and his family working on their 1880’s “fixer upper” limestone house in Iowa.
Brooke was born and raised in Iowa, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2005 as an Associate Financial Representative working her way through the Series 6, 63 & 7 certifications and earning the title Associate Wealth Management Advisor in 2013. In September of 2015 Brooke joined Clark Wealth Management Group to help develop and grow the firm into what it is today. She serves as the team’s lead Associate Wealth Management Advisor where she plays a crucial role in everything from office operations to sales support, client services and much more.
Brooke and her husband, Kyle, relocated from Minnesota down to Arizona in 2019 where they enjoy traveling on road trips when time allows, as well as hiking the gorgeous trails and soaking up the nice weather. They also have a beautiful and vocal 14-year old Siamese cat named Ash.
In 2007 Andrew graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. He captained the Varsity Tennis team his senior year and went on spend almost a decade working in the sports industry, including some time with the Positive Coaching Alliance. He joined Northwestern Mutual in 2019 and the Clark Wealth Management Group officially in 2020 as an Associate Financial Representative. Andrew’s focus is to help facilitate investment account operations while supporting client relations.
Andrew and his wife, Melissa, live in Long Lake, MN with their 3 young children who are very active in community. Andrew is involved in coaching a variety of sports and volunteering his time with those associations, and enjoys golfing, swimming, and tennis in his free time.
